Lunch was more Caesar salad. There's romaine and seitan under there, trust me. I brought the dressing to work in a spice jar. I used about 1/3 of it.
Snack x 2 by Emmy's. I gave the last one to a friend OR ELSE I WOULD DIE (by eating it.)
Spinach, carrots, jalapeno kraut, tomatoes, sunflower seeds, avocado, miso-tahini dressing. Seeing as how it's Fat Tuesday, I had to get my healthy fats in.
Far, far too many dried apricots (14 but who's counting?) for dessert, as well as this chai tea (spiked with coffee and now I will never sleep again.)
Tomorrow is Ash Wednesday so I am juice fasting. Good thing I ate so damn much today. A bear could live off of my Fat Tuesday for the entire winter.
