Big Ole Photo Dump to Start Off Afresh

Out with the old photos, in with the new.

breffist. 2 slices GF avo toast with black salt, cayenne, paprika, black coffee

J-rod version of breffist. oats, berries, almonds, coffee.

it's been real nice spending time with this dude this year so I'm hoping for more of that in 2016.

miso soup with sweet potato, shiitake mushroom, spinach, tofu, ginger, red pepper flakes.

arugula salad with sweet potato, shiitake mushrooms, sriracha, and ginger-miso dressing.

J made his n herz smoothies with peanut butter, soy milk, oats, berries, and garlic to ward off sickness. I couldn't get over the garlic and peanut butter taste with the berries, so he drank most of mine too but the effort is appreciated.

enjoyed spending cozy nights at home reading with this baby lady so I'm hoping for a lot more of that in 2016 too.

oats, silk nog, maca, cinnamon, almond butter, cranberries for breakfast in a jar to-go.

more avo toast breakfast with a lil clementine (love that winter citrus) plus coffee and WATER

sauteed eggplant, zucchini, canellini beans with olive oil, s+p, garlic. woulda added balsamic vinegar if I'd had any.

aforesaid over arugula and pasta, tossed with olive pate. You guys know i'm not a big pasta person, but I found a bag in the trash so I had to rescue it and save it and cook it. I mean, obviously.

steamed broccoli, rice noodles with curry soy chick'n. It was one of those pathetic noodle lunch boxes that I attempted to add nutrition to. It was okay.
I think that's everything!! Happy New Year, guys. Jarrod and I are going to a late night yoga class to try to start things off right. Enjoy however you choose to celebrate. Be happy and safe.

  1. I think you did a great thing rescuing the pasta, allowing the pasta to fulfil its pasta-y destiny by being eaten. Happy new year!
