Pre-breakfast. I'm sort of having a hard time eating early in the mornings these days, even though I get kinda sick taking vitamins on an empty stomach.
Breakfast, in two parts. First the juice. The Bosc pear was eaten around 11.
SSSalad for lunch. (Spinach, Squash, Sriracha + hemp seeds)
Dinner was miso soup. Hijiki, carrot ribbons, shiitake mushrooms, tofu, spinach + anise seeds, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds. You know the drill.
Unpictured, a small bag of pistachios as a snack around 1 and Justin's Dark Chocolate peanut butter cups for dessert.
Still to come, red wine with my bud. Can't wait to stain those teeth.
