Nutrients, not Nutrinos

HERE IS THE UNVEILING YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR (or maybe I've just had too much coffee and am unnecessarily excited about these vitamins.)

New vitamins! These are VegLife Vegan One Multiple. Totally swallowable and no taste. Also, they were pretty cheap as far as vitamins go. Believe me, I've been looking around. The rest of breakfast was half a ruby grapefruit and iced coffee with almond milk. Oh, and the grapefruit was amazing! I haven't eaten one in so long, but I might start.
Lunch featured the vegetables from the Farmer's Market.

Honestly, I really did try for the most amount of colors possible in this salad, but that is always one way to make sure you're getting various vitamins. Eat the Rainbow, you know. This salad was really good: spinach, peppers, tomato, carrot, a little bit of tofu, zucchini AND yellow squash, onion and sprouts. I topped it with some mustard, balsamic vinegar, and nooch.

At work, I snacked on a banana and some more stupid ginger candies but only because I was really hungry. When I got home, I wanted something filling and quick, so:

A carrot and zucchini sticks alongside an open-face sandwich of hummus, onion, spinach, and tomato.

  1. I don't see the butt tomato. How's that little guy doing?

  2. Words that make my heart sing: open-faced hummus sandwich. Nom nom nom!

  3. Congrats on the vitamins. I'm so happy for you, ha! :) I'll have to try those after I get through this bottle. And every time I eat a grapefruit, I think, why don't I eat this everyday?

  4. I have an award for you over on my blog.
